Need to make a return? No problem. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of ARMRA for any reason, you can return the product and receive a full refund. Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Purchases of ARMRA bulk jars are only available for return if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition.

Returned products must be received in their original packaging. To request a return, please let us know by emailing us at help@tryarmra.com.

Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a $6 processing fee. You may send the return to us on your own, or we are happy to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the $6 processing fee and cost of return shipping if you use our pre-paid label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
