Need to return? No problem. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product and get a full refund. Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To request a return, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may send the return to us on your own, or we are happy to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of return shipping if you use our pre-paid label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
